Islamabad Model College for Girls, I-8/4, Islamabad invites bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and general order suppliers registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List for the repair and maintenance of official student vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. The college is seeking qualified firms with offices or workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to ensure timely and reliable service delivery. The procurement is being conducted under PPRA rules 2004, and all terms and conditions are attached with the notice. Items being procured: - Repair of Transport: 04 Buses (Hino, Isuzu, Daewoo, Suzuki Bolan) - Motorcycle 125 (repair and maintenance) The technical scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the listed vehicles, ensuring all work is performed according to the required specifications and standards. Successful bidders must deliver all services free of cost at the college premises, including fitting, carriage, and local taxes. Firms are required to provide a one-year guarantee on all items, including onsite service, and must replace any defective items at their own risk and cost within this period. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Income and Sales Tax Departments, submission of attested copies of registration certificates, and the latest tax return. Firms must also provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by any federal government department. A 2 percent bid security is required for each item, to be submitted in the form of a call deposit in favor of the Principal. The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within one week of tender opening. Bids must be submitted by 25-08-2026, and will be opened on 26-08-2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of firm representatives. Payment will be processed through AGPR Islamabad after concurrence from FDE.
