The Ministry of Railways Islamabad invites prequalification bids from local firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, General Sales Tax, and vendor number, who are active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue list for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) ensuring transparency and ease of submission. Bidders must submit original bid security instruments to the office of the DDO, Ministry of Railways Islamabad before the online submission deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. Eligible bidders should have valid PEC registration if applicable, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate relevant experience in the respective categories. The tender closing date is set for 29th July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS.
