Pre-Qualification of Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles, IT Equipment, Plant, and Furniture

Special Investment Facilitation Council, Islamabad is inviting sealed bids for the pre-qualification of reputed workshops, contractors, suppliers, and firms for the repair and maintenance of vehicles, IT equipment, plant and machinery, and furniture/fixtures for the financial year 2026-2027. This opportunity is open to entities with their own workshops, stocks, and technical manpower in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, and who are registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of workshop(s) for repair/maintenance of different make and models of vehicles/motorcycles - Repair/maintenance of all types of hardware/IT equipment (including toner refill) - Repair/maintenance of plant and machinery items (all types used in office) - Repair/maintenance of furniture and fixture (including assembly, installation, secure mounting, wooden partitioning, modular workstations) - Purchase of tyres, batteries, spare parts, assorted lubricants, accessories for official vehicles/motorcycles - Mechanical, electrical, engineering works, battery works, radiators/bumpers, denting & painting, wheel balancing & alignment, air conditioning (heating & cooling) The technical scope covers a wide range of services, from mechanical and electrical repairs to IT hardware support and office furniture installation. Bidders must have a complete setup, including garage, spare parts availability, and technical experts in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Firms must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and provide proof of financial position, including a year's bank statement. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost for each category is required, submitted in favor of Deputy Director (General), SIFC. Only one category per bidder is allowed, and separate bids must be submitted for each category. Bids must be submitted in hard form by 07.09.2026 at 1100 hours, with opening at 1130 hours the same day at the Prime Minister's Office, 2nd Floor, Room 234-B, Special Investment Facilitation Council. A practical tip: ensure all supporting documents, especially NTN, GST, and non-blacklisting affidavits, are attached and up to date to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
