Supply of Repair and Maintenance Services for Vehicles and Office Buildings

The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for the Financial Year 2026/2027 from well-reputed firms and manufacturers duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The procurement involves supply of repair and maintenance services for vehicles and office buildings in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of vehicles - Repair and maintenance of office buildings The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance work ensuring operational efficiency of vehicles and upkeep of office infrastructure. Interested bidders must obtain bidding documents from the office of the Deputy Director (RM) during office hours upon written request on official letterhead supported by GST, NTN, Kippra Tax, CNIC, and experience letter. Bidders are required to submit their bids on a single-stage, one-envelope basis by 24-8-2026 before 09:30 hours at the office of Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force, 13/14 Industrial Estate Jamrud Road Hayatabad, Peshawar. The bids will be opened on the same day as per the schedule. Earnest money of at least 2% of the estimated value is mandatory, with 2% CDR amounts specified as Rs. 100,000 for vehicle repair and Rs. 18,000 for office building maintenance categories. No application will be entertained without earnest money. Separate tenders must be submitted for each category with the category name boldly mentioned on the envelope. Items must be delivered at RD ANF Peshawar within the stipulated time at the supplier's cost. No transportation or carriage charges will be paid. Income and sales tax will be deducted as per prescribed rates. Any faults or defects in supply must be rectified or replaced by the supplier. An affidavit confirming no prior litigation or blacklisting by any government entity is required. The bid with the lowest cost conforming to specifications will be considered for award. A refundable call deposit of 2% in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Director RD ANF Peshawar must accompany the bid. Rates and quotations must remain valid until 30 June 2027. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring all required documents and earnest money are included to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and adherence to terms will enhance chances of successful procurement.
