The projects are located in Batkhela and surrounding tehsils, requiring contractors to have PEC codes CE-09, EE-04, EE-05, ME-05, ME-07, and EE-11. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and have active FBR NTN status.
