Repair and Maintenance Works Including Abnormal Repairs, Renovation, Electrical, Gas Supply and Bazar Supply Items for Bahawalpur, Asrani, Sama Satta and DNS Gar

The Military Engineer Service invites sealed bids from registered firms and contractors for repair and maintenance works in Bahawalpur and surrounding areas. The procuring department is the Garrison Engineer (Army) - I Bahawalpur. The scope includes repair, maintenance, abnormal repairs, renovation works, reconstruction, and addition alterations. The works cover Technical Construction (TC), Building and Roads (B&R), Electrical and Mechanical (E&M), internal electrical works, internal water supply and Sui gas connections, and DC Building and Roads for zones I to VI. Additionally, bazar supply items for B&R and E&M are included for Bahawalpur, Asrani, Sama Satta, and DNS Gar. Each work is estimated to cost up to Rs. 4 Million. Items being procured: - Repair / Maintenance / Abnormal Repairs - Repair / Renovation Works Reconstruction / Addition Alterations - Technical Construction B&R, E&M - Internal Electrical Works - Internal Water Supply and Sui Gas - DC B&R (Zone I, II, III, IV, V & VI) - Bazar Supply Items for B&R and E&M for Bahawalpur, Asrani, Sama Satta, DNS Gar Interested contractors must submit their applications seven days before the opening date to the office of Garrison Engineer (Army) - I Bahawalpur. Bids must be complete in all respects and received on or before 16 October 2026 at 1130 hours. The tenders will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Firms must provide statements of previous experience detailing similar works executed in the last two years and ongoing works. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. Eligibility requires registration with Income / Sales Tax Department and active taxpayer status. Contractors should ensure compliance with PPRA Rules 13 (1) of 2004.
