The Military Engineer Services (MES) office of Commander MES (Army) Lahore Cantt invites sealed tenders for various repair and maintenance works under CMES (A) Lahore (AOR). These works include a comprehensive range of civil and electrical tasks aimed at maintaining and upgrading residential and non-residential accommodations, lavatory blocks, POL stores, guard rooms, filtration plants, water supply systems, and other infrastructure within the Lahore area. Items being procured: - Repair / Maintenance of Miscellaneous Residential & Non-Residential Accommodation works - Construction of Lavatory Blocks, POL Stores, 2x Kote & Guard Rooms - Construction of Miscellaneous Works - Major Minor and Abnormal Repair Works - Repair / Minor / Maintenance of D, E Type Flats, Bungalows, Officers and JCOs/Soldiers Accommodation Works - Upgradation of Electrical & Sewerage Works - Repair / Maintenance of 15 x Shed 10 Division, 6 x Shed 11 Division, Roof Treatment of 12 x Blocks of AB Apartments - Miscellaneous Boundary/Water Supply, Filtration Plant, Replacement of Cartridge Filter for 7 x Filtration Plant, Hypo Chlorination and Tube Well Sui Gas, External Services, Road/Patch Work, Boundary Wall & Deposit Works - Miscellaneous Works including Mian Hole Covers, Upgradation of External Services, Security, Street Lights, Installation of Earthing Carel-OXE 4400 Exchange, Road Work, Boundary Wall, Deposit & FGEI Building Works - Provision of Bazar Supply Materials for Boundary/Water/Electrical/Mechanical and Water Supply Items - TC Boundary/Water Supply, Sui Gas, External Electrical, Internal Electrical Works These works are critical for maintaining the operational readiness and living conditions of MES facilities in Lahore. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to approved MES categories B, C, or D with relevant experience. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting these criteria. The application for tender documents must be submitted by **18 September 2026**. Tender documents will be issued on **21 September 2026**. Completed tenders must be received by **1130 hrs on 28 September 2026** and will be opened at **1200 hrs on the same day**. Contractors should provide certificates confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them. Presence at tender opening is allowed.
