The Pakistan Ordinance Factories Station Engineer office at Wah Cantt invites sealed tenders for various repair and maintenance works at official government buildings under complaint offices. These works include repair and replacement of damaged PCC streets, paths, and streets, as well as replacement of damaged doors with steel doors across multiple complaint offices numbered 1 to 8 at POF Wah Cantt. Additional works include miscellaneous repair and maintenance at DSF Battalion and quarters, rectification of leakage and seepage of roofing systems at official government buildings, and rewiring of quarters at the miscellaneous quarters estate area. Contractors must submit their applications to the Station Engineer POF Wah Cantt by 16-10-2026 for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials including NTN, FBR registration, and evidence of active tax payments on ATL. The tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized firms. Bids must be dropped/delivered in the Black Box at the bid centre (Rabta Hall) near Gate No. 01 on 22-10-2026 by 1030 hrs. Tenders will be opened on the same date at 1100 hrs. In case of a public holiday, tenders will be received and opened on the next working day at the same times. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documentation including PEC registration, tax certificates, and past experience evidence is complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. Early application for tender documents is advised to allow sufficient time for preparation.
