Tender Description
The Directorate of National Nuclear Detection Architecture (NNDA)-Customs, Islamabad, is seeking prequalification from reputable, experienced, and financially sound firms for the repair and maintenance of office furniture, fixtures, machinery, hardware, and IT equipment during the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is specific to Islamabad and focuses on ensuring the operational efficiency of all office-related assets within the Directorate.
The technical scope includes repair of all kinds of furniture items, machinery, hardware, and office IT equipment such as multimedia systems for online meetings, conference room equipment, MCR systems, modems, and networking devices. The work will be carried out on an as-needed basis, requiring firms to be capable of timely and quality repairs.
Eligible bidders must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, capabilities to repair all listed items, and sound financial standing. Firms must be registered with FBR, possess a valid ATL certificate, and GST/NTN registration. Only Islamabad/Rawalpindi-based workshops are eligible. A Call Deposit Receipt of Rs.25,000 in favor of DDO, Directorate of NNDA-Customs, is required with the application. The minimum qualifying score for prequalification is 70 out of 100 marks.
Applications must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system along with a hard copy of prequalification documents by 28-05-2026 at 12:30 PM. The opening of proposals will be at 2:30 PM the same day at the Directorate's office in Islamabad. The procurement method is single-stage, single-envelope bidding.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documents, especially financial proofs and registration certificates, are complete and up to date before submission. This will avoid disqualification on technical grounds and improve chances of prequalification.
