Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the repair of official accommodation and office buildings located in District Washuk, Balochistan, under the CWPP&H Department of Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA). The scope includes restoration and maintenance of structural and finishing works for official residences and offices in Basima, Washuk, and Mashkail areas. The work will be executed based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis, ensuring compliance with local construction standards and durability requirements.
The repair works involve civil construction materials such as cement, bricks, steel, and finishing items suitable for the harsh climatic conditions of Washuk. The sites are in remote locations, which may pose logistical challenges for material delivery and workforce mobilization. Contractors must plan accordingly to maintain quality and timelines.
Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and comply with eligibility criteria including presence on the Active Taxpayer List and no blacklisting by any procuring agency. The bidding firm should have completed at least one similar assignment with a turnover of PKR 3,465,599 in the last three financial years. Bid security of 2% in the form of bank guarantee or call deposit receipt is mandatory.
