Procurement of Material for Repair and Overhauling of 28 KVA DG Sets Make Millat / Perkins

Pakistan Railways Lahore is inviting bids for the procurement of material required for the repair and overhauling of 28 KVA DG Sets, specifically of Millat and Perkins make. This opportunity is open to experienced firms and contractors who are listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is being managed by the Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways Lahore, and all interested bidders must comply with the requirements set out under PPRA Rules 36 (b) 2004. Submission of bids requires a scanned copy of Bid Security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore. The original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Electrical Engineer, Pakistan Railways, Bougie Road, Lahore, along with other required documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pad Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) at http://e.procure.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on 30-10-2026. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of representatives. Only bids submitted via E-PADS will be accepted.
