Degassing operations require nitrogen purging with all related equipment and safety measures. Dismantling involves cutting and removal of defective pipeline sections under strict Permit to Work (PTW) and HSE compliance. Crane operations must be performed by certified personnel following approved lifting plans. Fabrication and installation of pipeline spools and valves must adhere to approved welding procedures and API standards. The contractor is responsible for site housekeeping and proper disposal or storage of scrap materials. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in relevant categories, FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience in pipeline maintenance and valve installation projects. Contractors must comply with PSO safety and security rules and provide a six-month warranty on materials and services.
