Repair / Reconstruction of Medical Dispensary at Village Lundi Jamali (Remaining Work)

The Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Naushahro Feroze invites sealed bids for the repair and reconstruction of the Medical Dispensary at Village Lundi Jamali, Taluka Kandiaro, District Naushahro Feroze. Items being procured: - Cement plaster in various thicknesses (1/2", 3/8", 3/4") - Laying floor with glazed tiles - White glazed tile dado - Providing and fixing G.I. frames/chokats for doors and windows with 20 gauge G.I. sheets - First class deodar wood joinery for doors and windows - Steel grill fabrication and fixing - Galvanized wire gauze - HALA pattern glazed tiles - White washing, priming, distempering, and color washing of walls - Surface preparation and painting of doors and windows - Bitumen coating - Excavation and foundation works - Cement concrete and brick work - Reinforcement fabrication and RCC works - Plumbing and sanitary fittings including W.C. pans, lavatory basins, G.I. pipes and fittings - Electrical works including wiring, circuit breakers, switches, fans, and solar panels - Non-schedule items such as distribution boards, energy savers, and mounting structures for solar panels The scope includes all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the complete and satisfactory execution of the works as per the specifications and drawings provided by the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Naushahro Feroze. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and comply with all requirements including submission of a 5% bid security and performance security. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner Complex near NADRA Office, Naushahro Feroze.
