All bidders must quote their rates against each item of DNIT/BOQs and submit Bid Security and Performance Guarantee electronically through EP System. Bidders must be registered with PEC for the relevant category and have valid FBR and PRA registrations. Submission of forged or misleading documents will lead to rejection and blacklisting. Bidders quoting 5% or more below the sanctioned estimated cost must deposit additional performance security up to 10% within 15 days of receipt of tender through the EP System. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline of 14-09-2023 at 10:00 AM.
