Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department Tump is procuring repair and renovation works for offices and residences of district officers in Tump, Balochistan. This procurement is based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 of the Government of Balochistan and follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014. The project involves comprehensive repair and renovation activities at official premises, ensuring improved infrastructure and living conditions for officers.
Eligible firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above, including relevant specialization codes. They must also be registered with tax authorities, including NTN and BRA, and be on the active tax payer lists (ATLS). Experience in similar nature works and submission of bank statements demonstrating turnover is mandatory. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure requiring submission of technical and financial bids separately.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Development Officer Local Government and Rural Development Department Tump upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 3000 through a Green Challan in National Bank of Pakistan. The NIT and bidding documents are also available electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard by 10 June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will occur the same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS system.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the earnest money or bid security is submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 3% from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.
