Tender Description
The Military Engineering Services (MES) office at Quetta Cantt invites sealed tenders for various repair and renovation works under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004 amended up to date. These works are to be executed in Quetta Cantt and surrounding satellite stations including Zhob, Chaman, Lli, and Sibi. The tender includes multiple lots:
- Repair / Renovation of Lav Block for MRC, EME Cen Quetta with a sanctioned cost of Rs. 8.946 Million and completion period of 3 months
- Repair / Renovation of Lav Block for 3 STT, EME Cen Quetta with a sanctioned cost of Rs. 9.080 Million and completion period of 3 months
- 10 Technical Certificates for B&R / E&M for Minor / Maintenance / Replacement works other than Periodical Services at different areas / zones including satellite stations with a sanctioned cost of Rs. 10.000 Million each and completion period of 12 months
- 10 Detailed Certificates for Periodical Services including Mud Plastering at different areas / zones including satellite stations with a sanctioned cost of Rs. 10.000 Million each and completion period of 12 months
- 5 Bazar Supply Materials for B&R and E&M items at different areas / zones including satellite stations with a sanctioned cost of Rs. 10.000 Million each and completion period of 12 months
The scope covers civil repair and renovation works along with electrical and mechanical items supply and maintenance at MES facilities. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with MES in Category D or above. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and credentials. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per MES rules. The tender must be quoted on MES Schedule of Rates 2025 and Bazar Supply Schedule of Rates 2017 where applicable.
The tender submission deadline is 1130 hrs on 02 October 2026, with opening at 1200 hrs the same day. Contractors should submit applications with complete credentials for issuance of tender documents. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them from any government department. Copies of contract conditions and drawings can be obtained from the MES office during working hours. Contractors may attend the tender opening.
