Eligibility criteria include registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, active status on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and completion of at least three similar assignments in the last three years with a turnover of at least the tender amount. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory.
