Repair of Roads in Tehsil and District Chiniot

District Council Chiniot invites E-Bids from Contractors, Firms, Manufacturers, and Authorized Dealers registered with the Punjab e-Procurement system and registered with FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), and PPRA for Punjab e-Procurement system on eP. All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Items being procured: - Repair of Road Adda Sar Murad Wala to Chak#13 Tehsil & District Chiniot (Estimated Cost: Rs. 85.061 Million) - Repair of Road Jhang Road to Kot Ameer Tehsil & District Chiniot (Estimated Cost: Rs. 97.366 Million) - Repair of Road Lahore Road to Chak No.10 Tehsil & District Chiniot (Estimated Cost: Rs. 55.257 Million) - Repair of Road Chak No. 238 to Chak No. 157 Tehsil Bhawana District Chiniot (Estimated Cost: Rs. 45.000 Million) The scope includes comprehensive repair works on major roads within Tehsil and District Chiniot, ensuring improved connectivity and infrastructure durability. Bidders must have relevant experience and financial soundness to undertake these projects. A Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory, payable in the name of District Council Chiniot in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. E-Bids submission deadline is on 21-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The bids will remain valid for 120 days. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The lowest bidder will be required to deposit quality assurance security within 15 days of notice issuance or bid expiry.
