Repair, Services and Purchase of Various Items for Regional Police Officer Sargodha 2026-2027

The Regional Police Officer Sargodha invites bids from well reputed and financially capable firms registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Punjab Sale Tax Departments for repair, services and purchase of various items during the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is specifically for the Sargodha region under the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. Items being procured: - Purchase of Lubricants (Oil) - Purchase of misc. Stationery items - Purchase of computer stationery items i.e Computer Paper, toners etc - Purchase of misc. other items - Purchase of misc. Plants and Machinery items - Purchase of Table, Chairs or any other Furniture items etc. - Purchase of spare parts/ repair of Govt. vehicles - Repair of Govt. Machinery etc - Repair & Maintenance of Office/Residential Building etc The scope covers supply and repair services including lubricants, stationery, computer consumables, furniture, machinery parts, vehicle spare parts, and building maintenance. The contract requires firms with adequate managerial capacity and relevant experience. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab tax authorities and comply with PPRA rules. The estimated total cost is **PKR 28.79 Million**. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 25th July 2026 at 11:00 am. Bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 pm in the office of the Regional Police Officer, Sargodha. Successful bidders will provide a 2% performance guarantee refundable upon contract completion.
