Pre-Qualification of Firms for Repair of Transport, Machinery, Hardware, IT Equipment and Furniture Fixture Items

The NAB Balochistan Quetta (National Accountability Bureau: NAB) is inviting pre-qualification applications from reputable firms for the repair of transport, machinery, hardware, IT equipment, and furniture fixture items for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to all eligible national applicants who meet the requirements outlined in the pre-qualification documents. The process aims to shortlist firms that will subsequently be invited to participate in the main bidding process for the actual repair and maintenance contracts. Items being procured: - Repair of Transport (vehicles and related machinery) - Repair of Machinery (industrial and office machinery) - Repair of Hardware (computers, peripherals, and related hardware) - Repair of IT Equipment (servers, networking devices, IT infrastructure) - Repair of Furniture Fixture Items (office and institutional furniture) The technical scope covers a broad range of repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to, mechanical and electrical repairs, IT troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and refurbishment of office furniture. The work will be executed at NAB Balochistan Quetta, and applicants must demonstrate relevant experience in similar projects. Firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money or CDR is not required at this pre-qualification stage but will be applicable during the subsequent bidding phase.
