Tender Description
The Gilgit-Baltistan Emergency Services (Rescue 1122) Headquarter in Gilgit invites sealed bids from authorized and registered distributors and suppliers for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued by the Gilgit-Baltistan Emergency Services (Rescue 1122) department based in Gilgit city.

Firms must be authorized distributors or suppliers, registered with FBR and ATL, and must provide an affidavit confirming no blacklisting by any government or semi-government organization. Separate transportation charges will not be allowed, and firms must endorse the location of their shop for inspection if necessary.

Earnest money must be attached with the bid in the form of DD/Pay Order as specified: Rs.250,000 for transport repair, Rs.50,000 for medicines supplies, and Rs.50,000 for gas refilling.
The tender closing date is **27th July 2026** with bid opening scheduled the same day. Bids must be submitted in a single envelope containing separate financial and technical proposals as per GBPRA rules. Late bids will not be entertained.
