Tender Description
The Islamabad Model College for Boys (IMCB G-10/4) under the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) Islamabad invites prequalification applications for an Open Framework Agreement for the REPAIR OF TRANSPORT services. This procurement is aimed at establishing a framework agreement for on-demand repair services of transport vehicles over a period of 12 months starting from October 8, 2026. The services will be provided at Sector G-10/4, Islamabad Capital Territory.
Items being procured:
- Repair of Transport (Quantity: 8 units)
The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance of transport vehicles as required by the college. Interested suppliers must be registered with NADRA for citizenship verification, FBR for NTN or GSTN as applicable, and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the prequalification documents. The evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with technical and financial marks.
Applicants must submit their applications electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The opening of applications will be conducted on the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS. A pre-bid meeting for clarifications is scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 10:30 AM at Sector G-10/4, Islamabad.
Applicants are advised to carefully review the prequalification documents available on the EPADS portal and ensure compliance with all requirements including earnest money, technical bid submission, and registration credentials.
