Repair of transport including vehicles repair spare part, tyre & tube, complete engine and battery for Special Security Unit SSU and associated projects

The Special Security Unit SSU Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for the repair of transport and supply of related spare parts for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is issued by the Special Security Unit SSU office located in Peshawar and covers associated projects including Balakot Hydro Power Project BHPP District Mansehra and remodeling of Warsak Canal System District Khyber. Items being procured: - Vehicles repair spare part - Tyre & tube - Complete engine - Battery The scope includes repair and supply of genuine spare parts for government vehicles, ensuring all items meet standard specifications. The delivery period is 15 days or as per contract agreement. Tender documents and NIT can be obtained from the Account Section SSU, 3rd floor elite building Malak Saad Shaheed Police Line Peshawar at a non-refundable cost of Rs 2000. Bidders must submit proposals through e-PADS and also provide a hard copy to the Account Section SSU. Eligibility criteria require suppliers to be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Firms must have completed three to four similar tenders in previous financial years and have at least one ongoing project with the police department. Bid security of Rs 200,000 must be submitted with the financial proposal, and upon acceptance, a security deposit of Rs 500,000 in the form of a Call Deposit is required. Items will be inspected and tested by an Inspection Committee before acceptance. The last date for submission is 13/08/2026 by 10:00 hrs, with opening at 11:00 hrs in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders or their representatives at the Deputy Commandant SSU office. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, packing, and freight till delivery to the project site and remain valid until 30/06/2027. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all spare parts quoted are genuine and rates are aligned with prevailing market prices to avoid disqualification. Submit both electronic and hard copies of the bid on time to avoid rejection.
