Replacement of 03 X Cabinet Type AC Units 04 Ton for installation at NTC MSU Garden Town, Data Center and NOC at 06-Race Course Road Lahore

The National Telecommunication Corporation (National Telecom Corporation (NTC)) Lahore invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the replacement of 03 X Cabinet Type AC Units 04 Ton for installation at NTC MSU Garden Town, Data Center and NOC located at 06-Race Course Road Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference number P91639. Items being procured: - 03 units of 04-Ton Split Air Conditioner cabinet / stand type/floor mounted (L.G / Mitsubishi / ACSON / Gree) or equivalent along with allied accessories - 01 unit of DP Distribution box 12''x 18'' containing 2 x 32 amp three pole circuit breakers with digital volt meter and selector switches lock key - 70 meters of Four Core Power Cable 6mm Cu/PVC 300/500 volt - 130 feet of Copper Pipe 3/4, 3/8 along with insulation and all allied accessories - 03 Iron Stands for Outdoor Units - Complete installation service including dismantling of old AC Units The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the AC units and related accessories at the specified NTC locations in Lahore. The equipment must comply with mandatory technical specifications such as T3 rated compressors, 3-year compressor warranty, refrigerant type R-410A or R-32 gas, and 100% copper refrigerant pipes with PVC ducts. The installation includes minor building modifications as required. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 3 years of relevant experience, valid FBR registration, active tax status, and an office in the region.
