Replacement of Condenser Coils and Components of 1x120 Tr Carrier Chillers Installed at SBP BSC North Nazimabad Karachi

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) North invites bids for the Replacement of Condenser Coils and Components of 1x120 Tr Carrier Chillers installed at SBP BSC North Nazimabad Karachi. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is being conducted under National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Supply of 8 condenser cooling coils of pure copper tubing and aluminum fins coated with anti-corrosion/anti-rust coating for Carrier Chiller #3 (120 USRT, Carrier Model 30XA0452—0317-PEE) - Supply of 1 Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV) Control Board - Supply of 1 Fan Card Board - Supply of 1 Main Control Board - Supply of 1 Compressor Card Board - Supply of 6 Dryer Cores - Supply of 7 Carrier Oil cylinders (5 US Gallon each) for 3 chillers - Supply of 24 sensors (Ambient, High- and Low-Pressure, Oil Sensors) for 3 chillers - Supply of 24 R-134a gas cylinders (Dupont/Honeywell or approved equivalent) - Supply of 4 Electric Expansion Valves with cable for 120TR Carrier Chiller - Supply of 10 Oil Filters for Screw Compressor - Supply of 10 High and Low Pressure Transducers - Supply of 2 Display kits with Card - Supply of 6 Contactors for Compressor - Supply of 12 Contactors for Fan - Installation, Testing and Commissioning including refrigerant recovery, dismantling existing coils, installation of new coils, flushing, oil replacement, nitrogen pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, balancing, and full load testing. The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of OEM replacement parts and consumables for Carrier Air-Cooled Screw Chillers under supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge at SBP BSC North Nazimabad Karachi. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration in category C-06 or above with ME-01 specialization, FBR registration, and experience of at least two HVAC projects of Rs. 10 million or more in last 5 years. Bid security of PKR 500,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by **November 4, 2026, 03:00 PM**. Manual bids will not be accepted.
