Replacement of Damaged/Rusted Tubes of Defective Distribution Transformers 200-KVA & 100-KVA

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders for the replacement of damaged and rusted elliptical tubes of defective bodies of distribution transformers. This procurement is for defective distribution transformers of 200-KVA and 100-KVA capacity as per WAPDA/PEPCO specifications. The tender follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure and is open to registered and pre-qualified firms with a sound track record in manufacturing new transformers or reclaiming damaged irreparable transformers with DISCOs, NTDC, or WAPDA. The delivery is to be made free of cost at the Regional Store GEPCO, 132-KV Grid Station Shaheenabad, Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Replacement of damaged/rusted elliptical tubes of defective bodies of 200-KVA transformers (Quantity: 100 Nos.) - Replacement of damaged/rusted elliptical tubes of defective bodies of 100-KVA transformers (Quantity: 100 Nos.) The tender documents are available on the E-PADs/PPRA website www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted through E-PADs, with manual bids also accepted at the office of the undersigned. Bids must include a Bid Guarantee/CDR of Rs. 180,000 valid for 150 days from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. The bid validity period is 120 days from the tender opening date. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR Government of Pakistan. Conditional tenders or tenders without Bid Guarantee will be rejected. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Tender submission deadline is 04-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
