The works involve civil, electrical, and mechanical components as per PSDP specifications. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories, registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must have valid registration certificates and experience in similar water supply works. Earnest money of 2% through Call Deposit is mandatory.
