The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Quetta invites qualified contractors for the replacement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of old battery banks with new 48v/100 Ah Lithium batteries at multiple MASG sites including Pishin, NAB, Labour (SSGC), Education, ARI, and WASA in Quetta. This project involves upgrading the existing 12V battery banks to modern Lithium technology to ensure reliable power backup for telecommunication infrastructure. The scope covers delivery of hardware, installation materials, electrical power cabling, software if applicable, and comprehensive engineering and support services as per detailed Bill of Quantity and technical specifications annexed in the tender documents. Bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant categories, possess valid FBR and ATL registration, and demonstrate experience in supply and commissioning of battery banks with at least two projects completed for telecom operators, armed forces, or government departments. The firm must have a minimum annual turnover of PKR 5 to 10 million over the last three financial years and must not have any blacklisting history. The tender requires submission of a complete technical and financial bid through the EPADS platform by the deadline of 22nd June 2026 at 1100 hours. Manual or emailed bids will not be accepted.
