This tender covers multiple sites requiring specialized civil and pipeline works to ensure safe and efficient gas supply. Items being procured: - 2" DIA M.S & P.E & 1-1/4" DIA P.E replacement of old leaky lines at F-11 NHS Housing Sector F-11/1 Islamabad (2,710 Mtr) - 2" DIA & 1-1/4" DIA replacement of old leaky lines at Maskeenabad Mohallah Post Office Sakhi Nagar Hassanabadal (22,435 Mtr) - 2" DIA & 1-1/4" DIA replacement of old leaky lines at Ahmed Nagar/Gattia Road & Munirabad Wah (18,704 Mtr) - 2" DIA & 1-1/4" DIA replacement of old leaky lines at Ahata Taxila (8,000 Mtr) - 2" DIA P.E & M.S & 1" DIA M.S & 1-1/4" DIA P.E replacement of old leaky lines at Dhoke Kokara Wah (3,300 Mtr) - 2" DIA M.S & 1-1/4" DIA P.E replacement of old leaky lines at Malikabad Wah (6,990 Mtr) - 2" DIA M.S & 1-1/4" DIA P.E replacement of old leaky lines at Nawababad Wah (13,313 Mtr) - 2" DIA M.S & 1-1/4" DIA P.E replacement of old leaky lines at Sadat Colony Wah (11,100 Mtr) - 4" DIA M.S & 2" DIA P.E & 1-1/4" DIA P.E replacement of old leaky lines at Khour Bazar & Khour City Fateh Jang (18,246 Mtr) The scope includes removal and replacement of deteriorated metal and polyethylene pipelines to prevent gas leakage and ensure system integrity. The work will be executed at multiple urban and semi-urban sites requiring careful coordination and adherence to safety standards. Eligible bidders must be pre-qualified contractors with relevant PEC categories for pipeline and civil works. Valid FBR registration and ATL status are mandatory. Earnest money as specified per lot must be submitted along with the bid. Tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) payable via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of SNGPL is required. The tender opening is scheduled for 23rd September 2026 at 11:30 hours at the Regional Office, Islamabad, Sector I-9.
