Replacement of Scully Permissive Cabling at Tank Lorry Loading Gantry PSO Keamari Terminal

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the Replacement of Scully Permissive Cabling at the Tank Lorry Loading Gantry located at PSO Keamari Terminal, Karachi. This procurement involves specialized cabling works essential for the metering system at the terminal. Items being procured: - 2000 meters of 4 core 2.5 mm sq. Cu/PVC/PVC insulated and sheathed cable - 320 meters of 3/4" dia GI Conduit (Medium Gauge) including fittings - 28 Explosion Proof Seal Off Fittings of 3/4" dia - Installation, testing, and termination of cable terminations at Scully, Control Valve, Flow Meter & Microloads for 14 meter systems - 100 meters of 100x100 mm Ladder Type (Hot Dip Galvanized) Cable Tray - Dismantling of 10 cubic meters of existing civil structure including hard standing and asphalt road - Excavation of 20 cubic meters for cable trench - Laying and shifting of 20 meters of 6" dia pipeline for cable laying - Backfilling of 20 cubic meters of cable trench with sand, bricks, rubble free earth, and laying of warning tape - Providing and laying 10 cubic meters of 1:2:4 concrete with SR cement for hardstanding and road construction The scope includes laying, handling, testing, and termination of cables from the Control Room to the Gantry through cable trays and GI pipes as per instructions of the Terminal Engineer. The work also covers removal and shifting of old cables and GI pipes after installation of new ones. The contractor must comply with all PSO HSE standards and provide adequate protective equipment to workers. The job is subject to inspection by the Terminal Engineer and must be completed within 30 days after issuance of the Purchase Order. Eligibility criteria include prior experience in cabling and termination related to flow meter associated equipment. Earnest Money and other terms will be as per PSO requirements. The vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary KPT permissions. Bidders should submit their quotations by the deadline of 29th September 2026. Submission details are as per PSO instructions.
