Replacement of Existing Waterproofing Membrane of Domestic Side Roof PTB IIAP Islamabad

The Islamabad International Airport - Pakistan Airports Authority (Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA)) invites sealed bids for the Replacement of Existing Waterproofing Membrane of Domestic Side Roof PTB IIAP Islamabad located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing bituminous waterproofing membrane from roof top (approx. 68,757 sqft) - 1/2" (13 mm) thick cement plaster 1:4 on walls and columns (approx. 1,055 sqft) - Providing and laying concrete gola 3" x 3" (76 mm x 76 mm) 1:2:4 at junction of roof slab and walls (approx. 6,001 rft) - Providing and laying granular aluminum foil 4mm thick Ezogrip membrane (approx. 71,787 sqft) The scope includes removal of the existing damaged membrane, plaster work, laying PCC gola, and application of granular/aluminum foil Ezogrip membrane as per specifications. The work will be carried out at approximately 70 feet height on the terminal building roof. Bidders must ensure compliance with PEC registration and provide bid security of PKR 400,000. The contract duration includes 40 days for dismantling and 60 days for membrane laying. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
