Replacement of Existing Waterproofing Membrane of Domestic Side Roof PTB IIAP Islamabad

Pakistan Airports Authority invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from bidders having valid license/certification of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C-6 or above with specialization code CE-10 for the replacement of existing waterproofing membrane of the domestic side roof at PTB IIAP Islamabad. Items being procured: - Replacement of existing waterproofing membrane of domestic side roof PTB IIAP Islamabad The technical scope includes removal of the old waterproofing membrane and installation of a new membrane ensuring durability and protection against water ingress. The work is to be carried out at Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) under the supervision of the Divisional Engineer ES Civil M/D. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 400,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft from any scheduled bank as per the list of approved banks provided in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents containing detailed qualification, terms and conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, 12th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
