The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014. Tender fee of Rs. 1000 and Earnest Money 2% of estimated cost must be deposited as per instructions. Firms must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category, FBR/ATL active status, and experience of five years with bank statement turnover. Authorized representatives with proper authorization letters are allowed to participate. Pipe manufacturers must have Pakistan Standard and Quality Control Authority certification and ISO quality certificates. Financial soundness and affidavit on judicial stamp paper are mandatory. Bidding documents can be obtained from the BPPRA website on 17th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The completed bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by hand to the office of the Executive Engineer PHE E & M Division Quetta before 17th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. The bid validity period is ninety (90) days. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the detailed instructions in the bidding documents and ensure all required documents and earnest money are submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
