Power Division Ministry of Energy Islamabad invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from well reputed, competent and experienced Human Resource Management and Management Consultancy Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of FBR for the recruitment of Managing Director (MD) of Pakistan Private Infrastructure Board (PPIB). Items being procured: - Provision of Headhunting Services for recruitment of Managing Director (MD) PPIB Interested firms may download the Terms of Reference (TORs) containing qualification parameters and allied instructions from https://www.power.gov.pk or PPRA website https://www.ppra.org.pk/ or e-PADS portal https://eprocure.gov.pk/. EOI documents must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the Instructions to Applicants and submitted through courier and e-PADS on or before the deadline of 20-10-2026, 11:00 a.m. The technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 a.m. In compliance with Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is constituted for this procurement and notified on the Power Division's website. The Power Division reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals as per PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to ensure their firm is registered with FBR and ATL and to carefully follow submission instructions to avoid disqualification.
