This multi-season drama aims to portray the monumental political milestones and deeply humanized personal lives of these iconic figures with historical accuracy and cinematic excellence. Items being procured: - Drama Series on Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah (1 quantity) - Drama Series on Allama Muhammad Iqbal (1 quantity) The scope includes high-end production with native 4K/8K multi-camera filming, Dolby Atmos audio design, advanced VFX and CGI for period-accurate set extensions, and large-scale acoustic soundstages. The series will be broadcast on prime-time domestic satellite networks with global feeds, streamed on proprietary digital platforms, and released theatrically with in-house film distribution capabilities. International collaboration with foreign media entities and technical experts is mandatory to ensure global standards. Eligibility requires ownership of a tier-one satellite TV network with international broadcast feeds, an active theatrical film distribution wing, and proprietary digital streaming infrastructure. Bidders must submit detailed research methodology, script development plans, production schedules, team composition, risk management, and quality assurance mechanisms. Joint ventures are allowed with a clearly identified lead partner. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 29, 2026, 12:00 PM.
