Tender Description
The Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, invites proposals from shortlisted consultants for construction supervision services of several ADP road schemes. These assignments involve supervision of important road improvement and rehabilitation projects across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Items being procured:
- Construction supervision of ADP Scheme No. 1938/251048: Improvement/Rehabilitation of Chashma-Daratang Road via Kafir Kot
- Construction supervision of ADP Scheme No. 1940/260372: Construction of Road from Madayan to Kalam including bridges, District Swat Phase-I (Behrain Bypass)
- Construction supervision of ADP Scheme No. 1942/260379: Rehabilitation of Provincial Highway (S-3-B) from Bagh Dherai to Madayan (Section KM 75-88), District Swat
- Construction supervision of ADP Scheme No. 1956/260576 (2026-27): Construction of Road from Jowkhela to Jowar, District Buner (15 KM)
The scope includes detailed supervision of construction activities, quality control, and compliance with project specifications. The projects are located in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, requiring experienced consultants with relevant PEC registration and familiarity with local conditions.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in relevant categories, registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and proven experience in similar road construction supervision assignments. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) as bidding entry fee in favor of the Managing Director, PKHA, is mandatory.
Proposals must be submitted separately for technical and financial components through the EPADS System (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by 05/10/2026 at 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Selection will be made through the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method as per the RFP documents available on the PKHA website (www.pkha.gov.pk) and EPADS System.
Successful bidders will be liable for all applicable taxes including stamp duty, service charges, and sales tax at prevailing rates.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration codes exactly match the scope of work and upload all required documents on EPADS well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
