Requirement of 35 Computers and 2 GPUs for Bahria University Lahore Campus

Bahria University invites sealed bids on EPAD only for the procurement of 35 Computers and 2 GPUs specifically for the Bahria University Lahore Campus. This procurement is open to GST registered firms and suppliers. Items being procured: - 35 Computers - 2 GPUs The detailed specifications and scope of work are provided in the bidding documents, which can be downloaded from the EPADS/PPRA website or obtained upon submission of a written application on the firm's letterhead mentioning NTN number. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Bahria University Islamabad must be deposited at the Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15, Basement Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad between 0900 to 1600 hours except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage – Two Envelopes system as per PPRA Rules 2004. Hard copies of uploaded documents and a bid security of Rs. 900,000 (in original) must be deposited on or before 06 October 2026 by 1100 hours at the Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be considered. In case of a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day. Bidders should quote their best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, and installation charges.
