Requirement of 35 Computers and 2 GPUs for Bahria University Lahore Campus

Bahria University Islamabad invites sealed bids through EPAD only for the procurement of 35 computers and 2 GPUs for its Lahore Campus. This procurement is open to GST registered firms and suppliers. The detailed specifications and scope of work are provided in the bidding documents, which can be downloaded from the EPAD/SPPRA website or obtained upon submission of a written application on the firm's letterhead mentioning the NIT number. A payment of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Bahria University Islamabad must be deposited at the Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15, Procurement Quarter Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage – Two Envelopes system as per PPRA Rules 2004. A hard copy of uploaded documents along with a bid security of Rs. 900,000 (in original) must be deposited on or before 06 October 2026 by 11:00 hrs at the Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be considered. In case of a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
