Requirement of Sanitary Workers Services for NADRA Regional Head Offices Islamabad, AJ&K and GB

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites bids for the requirement of sanitary workers services across its Regional Head Offices in Islamabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K), and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB). This procurement covers the provision of sanitary workers on duty basis (8 hours per day, shift basis, 6-7 days a week) for cleaning and sanitation of NADRA offices and sites within the specified jurisdictions. The scope includes cleaning of offices, corridors, washrooms, staircases, public waiting areas, furniture, glass surfaces, waste bins, and surrounding areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The service provider must deploy sanitary workers aged between 18 and 55 years, medically fit and trained in cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, waste handling, and safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Protective gear such as gloves, masks, safety shoes, and aprons must be provided. The bidder must cover all areas within the chosen lot completely; partial bids will not be accepted. CNIC copies and complete particulars of all deployed workers must be submitted for official records. The service provider is responsible for timely payment of salaries, adherence to government minimum wage rates, insurance, social security, and all applicable taxes. NADRA reserves the right to request replacement of unsatisfactory workers and to impose penalties or blacklist firms for non-compliance or corrupt practices. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PAD by 1000 hours on 23rd June 2026. The technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 1030 hours at NADRA RHO Islamabad. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is required as per lot specifications.
