Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for resurfacing construction and basic infrastructure improvement projects in Peshawar District for the financial year 2025-26. This tender covers two main packages: Hydro Power Generating District Development Projects and Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Peshawar.

- Pavement / Tuff Tiles/ PCC Street Pavement with Drains in Peshawar-II
- Resurfacing Construction and BT of Roads and Road Furnishing with drains in Peshawar-II
- Improvement of Basic Infrastructure at Rural Areas rehabilitation of Janazgah Community Centre etc at Peshawar-III
- Pavement of Street drain culverts side wall, sanitation work rehabilitation of Janazgah community centers etc Kankola, Wadpaga, Nahaqi, Khazana, Budhni & Haryana
The scope includes road resurfacing, bituminous treatment, pavement with tuff tiles and PCC street pavement with drainage systems. Additionally, infrastructure improvements at rural community centers involve street pavement, drainage culverts, and sanitation works across multiple localities in Peshawar. The projects require adherence to PEC category C-4 and above, with bid security and tender fees as specified.
Bidders must be enlisted with the Communication and Works Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the fiscal year 2025-26. Non-refundable bidding entry fee is 0.03% of tender cost.
