Revamping and Refurbishment of Different Facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad

The Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad invites reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C) in relevant categories for the revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at the Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad. This project includes civil works, plumbing, and fire fighting works at multiple venues within the complex. Items being procured: - Civil works, plumbing & fire fighting works at Jinnah Stadium - Rodham Hall - Amir Khan Boxing Academy - Hockey Stadium - Snooker Hall - Sports Medicine Centre - Fatima Jinnah Hostel - Boundary wall - Main gate - External works substation - External road works - Watch towers (15 Nos.) - Underground water tank The scope covers comprehensive refurbishment and upgrading of these facilities to enhance their functionality and safety. The project requires firms with valid PEC registration, NTN, Sales Tax registration, and ATL listing. Earnest money of Rs. 35,000 million must be submitted in the form of bank draft, pay order, or CDR in favor of Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad. Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS e-procurement portal only; manual submissions will not be entertained. The bidding procedure is Single Stage-Two Envelope, with separate envelopes for Technical Bid and Price Bid. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 08.10.2026 at 10:30 hours.
