Tender Description
The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports, located in Mauve Area, Sector G-8/1 Islamabad, invites sealed technical and financial proposals from NTN and GST registered companies for the revamping and upgradation of its parking area. This tender is identified by Tender No 9/16/2026-27/PARKING/LOG. The bidding documents, which include detailed specifications for the revamping and upgradation works, can be obtained from the Logistics Section of the office during official hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- via Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker Cheque in favor of the Directorate General Immigration & Passports.

The scope includes comprehensive improvements to the parking infrastructure to enhance capacity and functionality. Bidders must submit separate envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals, clearly marked with the tender number and proposal type. The evaluation will follow a single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36 (b) of 2004. A bid security of Rs. 530,000/- in the form of a call deposit from any scheduled bank in favor of the Directorate General Immigration & Passports is mandatory.
The technical proposals will be opened on Monday, 7th September 2026 at 12:00 PM in the conference room of the office. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened subsequently. All taxes will be charged as per government rules. The Directorate General reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders under PPRA Rule 33.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents for detailed terms and conditions and ensure timely submission before the deadline of 7th September 2026 at 11:30 AM. The tender notice is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.
