Revamping Works at BMC Quetta Hospital Wards and Nursing College Relocation

The Project Director Revamping Projects of SPH and BMC Quetta invites bids for significant revamping works at BMC Quetta Hospital and Nursing College. This procurement covers two major packages for the financial year 2026. The first package involves revamping works at Ward #11 Block (Gynae) and Ward #16 Block (Gynae) of BMC Hospital Quetta. The second package includes relocation of the Nursing College, revamping existing nursing college areas, and construction of a semi-modular operation theater. These works are based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The scope includes civil engineering works such as structural renovations, interior refurbishments, and specialized hospital facility upgrades. The project requires expertise in general civil engineering and sewerage works, with PEC registration mandatory: C-3 for Package 1 and C-4 for Package 2, under specialized codes CE09(i) and CE I 0(i). Bidders must have completed at least two similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 182,449,475 in the last two years, demonstrating financial capacity and relevant experience. Eligibility criteria include active registration on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), no blacklisting by any procuring agency, and submission of a litigation and non-blacklisting affidavit on a Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper attested by an Oath Commissioner. A Green Challan of Rs. 1500 and an affidavit declaring the authenticity of all submitted documents are also required. Earnest Money in the form of a 2% CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank must accompany the bid. The tender documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk.
