Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited located at West Wharf, Dockyard Road, Karachi is procuring services for the rewinding of air blowers. The procurement process will follow a single stage single envelope system with separate envelopes for Technical Bid and Financial Bid. The bid security must be 2% of the bid value in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Ltd (KS&EW). Bidding documents can be obtained on written request upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 2000 via Pay Order, Cheque, or Cash. The bids must be submitted to the office of the General Manager Yard Engineering at KS&EW by 25 August 2026 at 10:00 am. Technical and Financial Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am and 11:00 am respectively in the presence of bidders' representatives. Financial bids of technically rejected bidders will be returned unopened.
