Procurement of Rikshaw

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, and firms for procurement of a rikshaw under Tender No. IT-7160. The submission must include registration, pre-qualification, or indexation evidence where applicable; attested Sales Tax and NTN certificates; audit reports for the last **3 financial years**; an attested bank statement for the last year; an attested CNIC of the Chief Executive or Director; distributor or agent trade linkage with the original equipment manufacturer where relevant; a **Rs. 100** judicial-paper non-blacklisting affidavit; and documentary evidence of relevant contracts or government and semi-government experience during the last **3 financial years**. A **Rs. 2,000** postal order in favour of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, SCM, HIT Taxila must accompany the technical bid. Tender documents may be collected until **01 September 2026 at 10:30 hours**. Sealed bids must be submitted by **01 September 2026 at 11:00 hours** to the Supply Chain Management Directorate, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila.
