R/M Works of C-3 Mess at PAA Residential Colony JIAP Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the Repair and Maintenance (R/M) works of the C-3 Mess located at the PAA Residential Colony, Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. This tender is specifically for civil and electrical maintenance works at the site. The scope includes dismantling, excavation, concreting, masonry, plastering, tiling, woodwork, painting, plumbing, and electrical installations as detailed in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Items being procured: - Removing and refixing of existing food grade plastic tanks (2 units) - Dismantling cement concrete block masonry, R.C.C., asbestos cement sheets, and C.C. work - Excavation for foundation trenches and backfilling - Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 - Installation of M.S spiral staircase - Fixing pre-cast RCC girders and slabs - Providing and laying reinforcement bars - Masonry work with cement concrete solid blocks - Cement plastering and metal lathing - Glazed/non-skid vitrified porcelain tiles - Fixing solid core deodar wood veneered flush door shutters - Wardrobe installation - Gypsum board ceiling tiles - Terracing concrete work and aluminium foil laying - Installation of sanitary fittings including W.C pans, basin mixers, and bathroom accessories - PPRC piping and fittings - Lavatory basin with pedestal - External and internal painting works - Electrical works including ceiling fans, exhaust fans, wiring, LED batten lights, switches, sockets, distribution boards, flood lights, gate lights, and pumping sets The technical scope covers comprehensive civil and electrical repair and maintenance works at the C-3 Mess facility within the PAA Residential Colony at JIAP Karachi. The works must be executed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and instructions provided by the Engineer-in-Charge. Bidders must have valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and be listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Additionally, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year is mandatory. A valid Professional Tax Certificate and CNIC copies of owners are also required. Earnest money of Rs. 250,000/- must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the PPRA EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the deadline. The original bid security and affidavits must be submitted physically to the office of the Divisional Engineer Civil-II, JIAP Karachi on or before the closing date and time. The bid opening will be conducted online at 11:30 AM on 20-10-2026. The contract duration is 2 months from the date of written order to commence work. Bidders are advised to thoroughly review the bidding documents and perform due diligence at their own cost. The PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
