Annual Road Construction Material Supply and Tuff Tiles for Rakhni Model Bazar Redevelopment

The Physical Planning and Housing Department Circle Musakhail Barkhan is procuring road construction materials and tuff tiles for the uplift and redevelopment of Rakhni Model Bazar. This tender includes two main works: an annual firm work agreement for supply of road construction material and supply of tuff tiles with materials for the same redevelopment project. The procurement is governed by Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014, amended to date. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Superintending Engineer Communication Works, Physical Planning and Housing Department Circle Musakhail Barkhan upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2500. The fee is to be deposited in government treasury under head 02716 through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The documents are also downloadable from www.bppra.org.pk. Bidders must submit the Green Challan Form one day prior to bid opening. The last date for bid submission is 9th June 2026 by 10:00 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads) CW, PP&H Department near DC Office Barkhan. The bid validity period is 90 days. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the Green Challan Form and bid security to avoid disqualification.
