Road Construction and Redecking Works at Killi Sabeel Malik Asif Farm House and Bad Bypass, Kuchlak

The Executive Engineer Roads Kuchlak CWPP&H Department Quetta invites bids from eligible contractors for the execution of road works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The works include: - B/T Road Killi Sabeel Malik Asif Farm House Baleli Custom Airport Road 5.6 KM PSDP No 1482/Z2026.3902 - Redecking/Rehabilitation of remaining portion of Bridge at Bad Bypass PSDP No 1500 (Z2026.3931) These projects are located in Quetta and require experienced contractors with a proven track record. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and not blacklisted by any procuring agency including PEC, PPRA, or any authority. The bidder must have completed at least 2 similar works of equal or greater value and demonstrate financial capacity. Affidavits on Rs. 100 Stamp Paper, notarized, are required to confirm no contract non-performance in the last 5 years and no conflict of interest. The bid security must be 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope.
