Road Construction and Rehabilitation Works for WAPDA Town Lahore Zones A, B, and C

WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society (WECHS) Ltd. Lahore invites sealed bids under the Single-Stage One-Envelope Procedure from eligible firms registered with the Registrar of Firms, relevant Tax Authorities, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category C-4 or above with specialization in road construction and road rehabilitation. The procurement is for the carpetting of worn-out roads in WAPDA Town Lahore, covering Zones A, B, and C. Items being procured: - Main Gate to Abu Bakar Chowk including Roundabout; E1 Block road along Sattu Katla drain; internal block roads of Blocks B4, D2, D3, E1, E2, F1, F2 (Zone-A) - Abbaseen Avenue from Khayaban-e-Jinnah to Roundabout along G Block; main road along G2 to Sattu Katla Drain crossing; internal roads of Blocks G2, G3, G4, G5, N1, N2, N3, M, Q1, Q2, Q3, R, P1, P2, P3 (Zone-B) - Internal block roads of Blocks A1, A2, H1, H2, H3, H4, J1, J2, J3, K1, K2, K3 (Zone-C) The scope includes minor earthworks, pavement removal, asphalt milling, laying of base/sub-base and bituminous carpet (asphalt base course/asphalt wearing course), kerb stone installation, traffic markings, cat eyes, and speed tables with no disturbance to existing infrastructure. Bidders may submit bids for one or more lots. Evaluation will be lot-wise and award will be made to the most advantageous substantially responsive bid for each lot. Bidding documents can be purchased upon written application and payment of a non-refundable fee. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt/Bank Draft/Pay Order valid for at least 28 days beyond bid validity. Bids must be delivered to the Secretary WECHS office by 1100 hrs on 24.11.2026; bids will be opened at 1130 hrs the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
