Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Roads Kuchlak CWPP&H Department Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of road works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis.
Items being procured:
- B/T Road Killi Sabeel Malik Asif Farm House Baleli Custom Airport Road 5.6 KM PSDP No 1482/22026.3902
- Redecking/Rehabilitation of remaining portion of Bridge at BDA Bypass PSDP No 1500 (22026.3931)
These works involve road construction and bridge rehabilitation in Quetta city. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and not blacklisted by any procuring agency including PEC and PPRA. The bidder must have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 3 years with financial capacity and provide an affidavit of no conflict of interest or contract non-performance in the last 5 years. Earnest money of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR and Green Challan must be submitted within three days of bid submission. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard on the BPPRA portal by 18 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Roads Kuchlak CWPP&H Department Quetta.
Bidders should ensure all technical bid documents are signed and stamped, and power of attorney is attached. A credit line certificate from a scheduled bank and audit reports for the last 3 years are also required. The estimated cost should be in hand and bid security must accompany the bids as a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% of the bid amount.
